Our journey began at the start of the year when HelloDank was little more than a vision. We wanted to create a better eCommerce solution for the cannabis industry. One that would empower small brands rather than overburden them with excessive costs for basic digital tools. In May 2024 we began turning this vision into reality. Embarking on a search for the right team to bring HelloDank to life. We sought individuals who shared our passion for small businesses and who had the expertise to create a platform that leveled the playing field.
Building the team was no small feat. It took months and a lot of determination to assemble the talented group of individuals who make up HelloDank today. Together, we’ve faced the daunting challenge of competing with industry giants, but we’ve remained steadfast in our vision to create solutions that empower the industry.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we move into the new year, our focus is clear: 2025 is about doubling down on our efforts and building upon the foundation we’ve laid. Over the past few months, we’ve received invaluable feedback from our users. Whether it’s praise or constructive criticism, we listen carefully to everything you share. While we can’t guarantee that every suggestion will make it into production, we can promise that we’ll evaluate each piece of feedback with sincerity and integrate the most practical and impactful solutions.
Here’s a glimpse of what’s on the horizon for HelloDank in 2025:
- Monthly User Summits Starting in 2025, we plan to host monthly virtual sessions. This allows users can connect directly with our development team and other members of the HelloDank community. These summits will provide a platform for users to discuss bugs, share product suggestions, or simply get to know the team behind the platform. We believe these sessions will foster a stronger sense of collaboration and transparency.
- Key Integrations We’re working diligently to complete integrations with METRC and Aeropay early in 2025. These additions will simplify and streamline processes like ordering and tracking, saving users valuable time by automating tasks that were previously manual.
