Transitioning from traditional logistics and brokerage, Tyler ventured into the cannabis market, leveraging his analytical background to innovate. Combining his expertise in pricing analysis, cannabis brokerage and sales, and business development, he and Jordan expanded transportation services to include brokering and sales services. Their experiments revealed that digitizing these processes and creating a centralized marketplace for cannabis brands was the optimal strategy.
